Arlene Solomon has been teaching piano to my kids now for close to 3 years. Every year right before school ends she holds a recital at her home. All the kids she teaches performs on this day. Today was that day. Here are my 3 performing their piano pieces.

Are you a Spin Class Fanatic?

Are you a Spin Class fanatic? If so, Tamarac Community Center is now offering a new spin class! You heard me! The class started February 29 and is offering 2 days a week:

Wednesday & Friday nights from 6pm to 7pm
Saturdays 10am to 11am

The fees for the time being are:

$8 residents per class
$10 non-residents per class

Now only 14 students per class, there are a limited amount of bikes available, you can sign in no earlier then 30 minutes before and they will give you a number to give to the teacher. Her name is Judy and she is great!

I did my first class on Friday night and as much as I wanted to get off that bike, she pushed me and encouraged me to go on. This was my first time cycling, and I managed to be able to get through the whole class.

So if you have been wanting to take a spin class then look no further, Tamarac Community Center is now offering it. Come and join us!

Funtastic Bounce House

If you have never been to Funtastic’s in Tamarac is a full bounce house playground for the kids. There are some arcade games, party rooms, dance floor, cafe(for the parents). It’s on the corner of Mcnab and University.

Christmas Lights in Tamarac

If you live in Tamarac Florida and like to look at Christmas lights, then do I have a house for you. There is a home located behind the Publix off of Commercial and University. Down the street from the Tamarac Post Office.
This house has been decorating for over 11 years, and I believe I have gone for all those 11 years. Every year, they add a few pieces to their decor, and my children just love going to them every year and picking out what is new. I believe they got everyone right.

Take a look at the video and see for yourself, even better yet, if you live in Broward County, go see for yourself. You can fill out the guest book, this home has been seen on CBS and NBC.
