On the Road ~ Day Four

We are now in Queens, New York till next week. Taking the day to relax since we were on the go for the last 3 days.

We will be going to the city and maybe the Bronx Zoo. I will be meeting with Carolyn as well and looking forward to it!

So look forward to the next few days.

On the Road~Day Three

Today we spent the day in Baltimore, Maryland at the Habor.

It was so beautiful there, the weather was just perfect, cool and sunny. We have family here and we took them there. Well actually they took us. We had lunch at Phillips Buffet.

There is a science museum there, boats and other historic objects. Would have liked to have stayed a little longer but had to get back to the house.

So far this trip has been just amazing. We usually spend our vacations in Orlando with Mickey Mouse. But this year we decided to do something different.

We had back to New York. We have plans to hit the city and some other spots. Well we will try, but with kids sometimes those plans can some what change.

On the Road~Day Two

Day 2 of our road trip. We had The White House tour that were scheduled for. But trying to find parking in Washington is the hardest thing.

So what wind up just going on the outside. The kids got to see the Linolcn Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, and more. But yesterday was hot and the kids were getting tired fast.

We took a train ride on the metro, they enjoyed that, they got a taxi ride, they weren’t to keyn on that one.

But over all it was a great learning experience for my kids. They know the name of the statue on top of the Capitol (do you know what the name is)and why the original White House was put on fire.
