The fees for the time being are:

• $8 residents per class
• $10 non-residents per class

Now only 14 students per class, there are a limited amount of bikes available, you can sign in no earlier then 30 minutes before and they will give you a number to give to the teacher. Her name is Judy and she is great!

I did my first class on Friday night and as much as I wanted to get off that bike, she pushed me and encouraged me to go on. This was my first time cycling, and I managed to be able to get through the whole class.

So if you have been wanting to take a spin class then look no further, Tamarac Community Center is now offering it. Come and join us!

Opens in Tamarac Florida

Aldi Marketplace finally opens up in Tamarac, Fl 33321, on the corner of McNab and University. Grand opening was today December 1, 2011. They were giving FREE hotdogs outside. Didn’t even realize that it was opening today. I was driving home today from the kid’s school and saw all the commotion in front of the building.

First Opinion of Aldi MarketPlace ~ Outside

Drove into the shopping center and saw everyone going in and out. So I told the kiddies, let’s go in and see. I was met by a lady out front asking if I would need a shopping cart, yes I would, she grabs one for me and then tells me that it will cost .25 cents for the cart, you will get it back when you return it, so you take your bags to the car and then have to walk back to get your money back. I can see where they are coming from, they don’t want the carts all over the parking lot.

Second Opinion of Aldi Martketplace ~ Inside

Now it’s a very nice building and they did a real good job with the design. But I for one did not like it. If you don’t mind buying non name brand items, then this is the place for you. Prices were not bad and all, but they didn’t have a wide selection of items. Now the freezer section was not bad, I liked that the freezers had slider covers.

When we got to check out, the lady had a shopping cart at the front and was putting the items she scanned into the cart. I asked, is someone going to bag them, she said no, you have to buy the bags here, the paper bags are .99 cents a piece and the reusable bags were $2.00 a bag, but because it was the grand opening, they were allowing the papers bags for free.

We had to bag them ourselves, my thought was, you are selling non name brand items, and then you ask me to buy the bags to put them in? Yeah that’s not going to fly with me. You can take your reusable bags, but I like my Coke and my Frosted Flakes amongst other things.

Let me ask you this?
