Just Rented…Coconut Creek Single family home
This home was listed last week in Coconut Creek and is already rented, and tenant has moved in! What a crazy week it was, this home had so many showings and so many offers! The landlord was overwhelmed with how fast this all went.
She was a little reluctant to rent at first, since she had never done it before. But this process was much easier for her then she thought. Once all the offers were in, we contacted references, so that she had the perfect tenant. This was not an easy decision, but it looks like she has found the right person that will take care of her house the way she would.
