Learn How to Swim
Learn How to Swim at Three Broward County Parks
I know its only May, but summer is right around the corner, and with that comes beaches and pools. Kids will be going to summer camps and they will also be heading there.
Now living in South Florida, even after all the warnings, drownings still happen. Broward County are offering swimming lessons at several water parks. I did some calling around for prices.
The way they work is in 2 week sessions, Monday through Friday. Depending on the park will depend on the times, but they all charge the same, $50 for the 2 weeks, each night 30 minutes, Friday would be a make up day if one night gets rained out.
Registration begins May 5 for swimming lessons offered at three Broward County Parks –
- C.B. Smith
900 N. Flamingo Road
Pembroke Pines
954-357-5179 - Central Broward Regional
3700 N.W. 11th Place

The link above is an application to fill out and take with you. Please use this time to have the kids learn to swim! Too many lives have been lost because of it!
