So I was with buyers this weekend, down in Miramar and Pembroke Pines. Two of the busiest cities selling. As we were in the last home on the list we started going over all the homes and which was the best option for them. I went over a few things that should consider. 1. How much do you think you could offered and 2. What would be easier to sell when they are ready to upgrade from, since they were looking at townhouse. These buyers are getting ready to get married.
We talked for a little bit and they decided on a particular home, but the next question was, What would be my mortgage payment? So I pulled out my Iphone and pulled up the Mortgage Calculator and the lady said you have an App for that? I laugh and the husband says, There is an App for everything hun….
I was able to give a rough estimate of how much they would have to pay each month. So since they liked the numbers, we are writing up an offer! Thanks Goodness for that app….
